Right of Way Cares, Inc. (ROW Cares) grew from the success of the Annual Dan Ewing Memorial Golf Tournament, which began as a small way for the International Right of Way Association’s (IRWA) Houston Chapter to honor a longtime friend and Right of Way Industry Leader, Dan Ewing when he passed.

What started out as a small way to honor a friend and colleague’s passing within our industry, has grown into something much bigger.
